At On the Square Home Inspections, our customers are like family. With that in mind, our inspections are thorough – we want to help our customers make informed decisions about their homes, whether they’re buying or selling. No matter what we turn up, you can trust our team to offer an honest, unbiased perspective.
Our inspection procedures are drawn from the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Bill is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and he follows the organization’s training and guidelines to the letter.
Inspections come in several varieties, depending on the type of property.

Once you have had your property inspected once and addressed all of the findings either by repairing or replacing them, it is important to have in re-inspected so you can be sure that all the components were remediated or installed correctly. Avoid costly issues down the road by bringing On the Square Home Inspections back on site to re-inspect the specific components that needed to be addressed during the first inspection.
Selling your home? Don’t let guesswork cost you time and money: let us inspect your property. Pre-listing inspections help you fairly price your home and fix any potential problems before buyers discover them. If you’re showing off your home, make sure it’s showroom-ready!
Move Out Reviews
If you are a property manager, we offer Move-Out reviews to make sure that your property is move-in ready for the next tenant. We check all systems such as plumbing, electrical, monitors, and detectors for functionality and safety as well as inspect the condition of the property for damages. Managing multiple properties? After 7 inspections get the 8th at half price!
After we inspect your home, you’ll receive a detailed, digital report with videos and expanding, high-resolution photos. You can view this report from the comfort of your computer, smartphone, and tablet.
All of our reports include a Create Request List (CRL) feature. The CRL allows every party – agent, buyer, and seller- to easily create an itemized list of property issues from the inspection report or the summary. Each party can mark specific issues for repair, replacement, or for future home improvement projects. The list is standardized for each party, and every request has a timestamp and author attached to it, which reduces liability.
The transparency and simplicity of the system can save you from logistical headaches and miscommunication while also saving time!
